Shining a Light on SVC's Stars
At SVC, we are excited to introduce our new Badge system - a fun and meaningful way to recognise the incredible achievements of our volunteers! There are 10 unique Badges to collect, each with Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. Volunteers work their way through each tier, starting with Bronze and moving up to Gold, earning recognition for their dedication and hard work along the way. It’s a special way for us to celebrate progress and contributions while truly investing in our volunteers. Our staff will also be nominating standout volunteers for our Summer Spotlight, showcasing their achievements and the impact they have made across our projects. These achievements will contribute to our upcoming long-term recognition and endorsement profiles that will be accessible by volunteers and can be used to share with future recruiters, organisations and more.
