Hi I’m Hannah and I’m the Health and Social Care project co-ordinator currently carrying out my placement year here at SVC. I am a Social Science student at Cardiff university who is passionate about volunteering and making a difference to people’s lives. Over the past few years I have volunteered for a number of different organisations within the community which has enabled me to see the valuable impact volunteering has on both the beneficiaries and the volunteers themselves.
