Brynawel is the leading residential centre for the treatment of alcohol and drug dependencies in Wales. Brynawel House is in a quiet setting between the villages of Llanharry and Llanharan.

If you have an interest in gardening, we would love to hear from you. We have a Horticultural advisor who works with us, so we can help new gardeners develop a range of skills; for example, working with cuttings, designing gardens, developing plants for sale from seed onwards, working in our allotment and kitchen garden.

We truly value our volunteers. They bring additional skills and new perspectives to the charity and enable us to be more responsive and flexible in our approach to championing and promoting the wellbeing of clients, staff, local communities, and themselves. We offer volunteers lunch and refreshments when working with us and reasonable travelling expenses to and from Brynawel.
